Patcards offers Linkpage Services, Domain Routing, NFT Services, Hosting, and Ingame promotion in Patboy and brand building services for free. Additional NFT Image Sale Services are based on commission services and are free of charge. Commissions of NFT Sales are 30% of sold volume of all the pictures. All our NFT Sales services are based on no pay no cure and are free of charge. Commissions cover all costs to provide services e.q. administration, development, consultation, additional services required to provide the service and our fee.

Setup and creation of NFT Patcard
The Model agrees to deliver the required pictures and personal information to Patboy Card Game in order to create the NFT Patcard on the blockchain. The Model also agrees to the conditions of services required to gather information using META, Api’s or Cookies regarding the NFT Patcard. A contract of an NFT Patcard can not be terminated without paying the fee that is open on the Patcard balance. If a Model as withdrawn the fee she needs to pay the open amount on the NFT Patcard in order to close the account. If not the Account will stay open even if the model does not want to use it or is planning not to use it ever again.
Installing NFT Patcard on the Blockchain
The Model agrees for having the NFT Patcard installed on the blockchain by connecting her Instagram Account to her Patcard Link Page herby Upgrading her Link Page to an NFT Patcard which resembles in the console and in the Patboy Card Game App. Earning from the blockchain are visible in the Patcard Link Page and are resembled in ETH. ETH can only be withdrawn by users that have an Crypto Wallet.
NFT License
If a model accepts the creation of an NFT Patcard from a Patboy Card Game Player it enclosed the leasing of NFT Patcard License to the designated Patboy Card Game Player and it’s account holder Patboy. By leasing the NFT License to Patboy Card Game the Model authorizes Patboy to manage, distribute, sell, trade the NFT License during the agreed license period. By this the model is giving Patboy Card Game full permission and ownership of the NFT Patcard for use on the Patboy Platform or any other NFT Trading Platform.
Trader’s License
The Model agrees to lease the Trader’s License to Patboy Card Game for as long as the License Agreement lasts. By leasing the NFT Trader’s License to Patboy Card Game the Model authorizes Patboy to manage, distribute, sell or trade the Trader’s License during the agreed license period.
Model profits on Patboy Platform
The Model agrees to pay costs of service of 7% over all the revenues acquired from delivering services within our platform to our customers.
Distribution of Profits from Patboy Ingame Trade
The Model agrees to a profit distribution of the revenues made from the trade, sell or distribution of the NFT Patcard on our Platform of 5% of Transfer fees earned from each trade.
Distribution of profits on NFT Cash Out
The Model agrees to a profit distribution of the revenues made on a NFT Cash Out of 30% commission to Patboy Card Game and 70% to the model distributed in our crypto currency.
NFT Patcard Deposits
All NFT Patcard deposits in our crypto currency in the NFT Patcard are owned by the designated investors, players or any other natural person or business known to Patboy Card Game. This contract is giving the model no legal rights regarding the deposits made by investors in our crypto currency in the NFT Patcard which results in profits. All Deposits in total made by investors, players or any other natural person or business known to Patboy Card Game fall under the non disclosure agreement between Patboy Card game and Diamond Press and are under no circumstance accessible or eligible to the model.
Production Costs, administration, maintenance and development
Production costs made by Patboy Card Game for the NFT Patcard in order to develop and upkeep the NFT Patcardare processed in the accumulated profits.
Administration costs made by Patboy Card Game for the NFT Patcard can be increased during the license period and will lead to changes in the profits distribution which are limited to once a year with a maximum of 2% for each year.
Administration costs made by Patboy Card Game for the NFT Patcard in order to promote the Patcard, ensure good conditions for players to use and access the card in the Patboy Platform or outside the platform in any form which could be digital or physical are not processed within the profit distribution and are eligible for Patboy Card Game to charge to the model with 1 month notice in advance and can only be executed with the written consent of the model.
Development costs made by Patboy Card Game for the NFT Patcard in order to promote the Patcard, ensure good conditions for players to use and access the card in the Patboy Platform or outside the platform in any form which could be digital or physical are not processed within the profit distribution and are eligible for Patboy Card Game to charge to the model with 1 month notice in advance and can only be executed with the written consent of the model.
Production Costs, administration, maintenance and development
Production costs made by Patboy Card Game for the NFT Patcard in order to develop and upkeep the NFT Patcards are processed in the accumulated profit share of 30%.
